The lure of 2 weeks with 2 doting grandparents on hand convinced me to make the 1000km car trip with 3 small children to my hometown. The fact I had a brand new Fuji X-T10 camera in hand and 2 weeks to play with said babysitters holding the fort  was also enticing.
There is something so beautiful in the relationship between grandparents and their grandkids. Particularly in our family where my 3 are the only grandchildren and we only see Nana and Poppy a couple of times a year.
Lots of playing with the 35mm (50mm equivalent) f1.4 lens. The bokeh is so gorgeous and I have fallen in love with macro flora photography all over again. Images here are straight from camera, no post production.
