Meet Nic. She one of the most selfless, kind-hearted, generous and all-round gorgeous women I know. As I write this she and the girls have joined husband/Daddy Grant on the HSV Wandoo, their yacht currently moored in Malaysia for huge adventures sailing to Nic’s native Canada. Nothing is ever too much effort for Nic. I’ve seen her row a dingy, 8 months pregnant and with a toddler strapped to her back, humping fresh water and supplies onto her boat on the Brisbane River. Next minute she was hand washing cloth nappies – oh, shut up! She’s a powerhouse! She is a professional masseuse and for 5 years has volunteered her mind-bogglingly skilled massage hands to visitors staying at Ronald McDonald house in Brisbane. One top chick who I’m blessed to call a friend. Happy sailing Lovelies xx
Nic wanted to have some photographs of her and the girls picnicking in their favourite park in Brisbane. These photo now hang on the walls of both the Brissie and Canadian relatives homes which is always a thrill to see.
