What does ‘beauty’ mean to you? Beauty is that radiant quality someone has when their insides (their soul/spirit/Heart) transmits through their physical form and it feels relaxing and joyful for your eyes to behold them.

What is something you’re proud of that you and your body have done? It’s not exactly an original answer, but creating a human within my body and birthing that human and then being able to carry, care and tend to that human 24/7 has been the most incredible and humbling experience of my life and it couldn’t have happened without the magic and mystery of this beautiful physical body of mine.

What do you want our younger generation of women to know about appearance and beauty. (Perhaps this is a note to your younger self, what you wish someone had told you). Focus less on what people or society tells you is “beautiful” and instead focus on being the most YOU you can possibly be. Beauty radiates from that authentic place and there’s no way to fake or filter that.

What do you do for your mental health, for peace and clarity in your daily life? I dance and I focus on cultivating creative energy; whether that’s through cooking, decorating my home or teaching myself a new skill like hand embroidery or Spanish.

Testimonial: Your thoughts on the experience of being photographed for the Beauty Myth Project: Briony has such a beautiful, kind energy about her. I love the intention behind the Beauty Myth and I’m sure it’s going to have a positive impact on many women xx Klyne, 31
